If I could give Quad Workspace zero stars, I would. From start to finish, this was easily the worst workspace experience I’ve had. The room I was placed in had no blinds, making it nearly impossible to see computer screens during daylight hours. For a place that’s supposed to support productivity, this is a basic failure. The handling of my deposit was even worse. Deposits should be returned promptly at the end of tenancy, six weeks would already be a generous maximum. Mine was withheld for eight weeks, with no explanation. Communication was abysmal. I had to call seven times in one day to get updates. I was repeatedly told I would receive a call back, which never happened, and that I would receive a follow-up email the next day, which also never arrived. It was constant chase, chase, chase. The situation was only resolved after I escalated matters with a Letter Before Action and indicated I would pursue legal action via small claims court. Only then was my deposit returned. No customer should have to threaten legal action to recover their own money. Between the inadequate facilities, the excessive delay in returning funds, and the persistent lack of effective communication, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Avoid Quad Workspace.
