WARNING: UNRETURNED DEPOSITS! This company owes me $1,728, which includes my security deposit and last month's rent deposit. Although they repeatedly promised in writing via email to issue the refund, they have failed to return my money for nearly a year now. They are now ignoring my communication. If you want to protect your business assets, I highly recommend finding another safe and reliable shared office space. I am currently initiating Ontario Small Claims Court proceedings against them. Avoid this place if you value your money!

This place is a fraud. After taking client money, they shut down their business and locked out all their clients. DO NOT "LEASE" A PLACE FROM THEM, AT ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS. We are now having to take legal action with a class action lawsuit to recover the lost funds that they stole from us as their tenants.

No one ever answers the phone, and you go in to pick up your mail and one one is there. Have now wasted over an hour two days in a row now travelling to try and pickup my mail. I even sent an email informing them of when I would arrive today, and THEY CONFIRMED they would be there, and low behold no one was there!! After waiting for over 10min in their reception I decided to leave and while already on my way back I recieved an email saying they were there now, so had to turn around and go back a third time.
