Avoid Regus at all costs. I cancelled my month-to-month agreement, and thanks to deliberately buried contract wording "your termination notice takes effect 30 days after cancellation" I'm being forced to pay for an entire extra month for an office we will seldom set foot in. A month-to-month agreement that you can't actually leave month-to-month. That tells you everything. And this is only the latest issue. Their payment system repeatedly failed to process our payments, and Regus then had the audacity to charge us late fees for their own broken system despite our numerous documented attempts to pay. The on-site staff are kind people doing their best. The company they work for is another story: a business model built on hidden terms, junk fees, and squeezing every last dollar out of customers on the way out the door. Zero accountability, zero transparency. Take your business anywhere else. One star is generous.

Never rent a place at Regus, I had monthly contract and stayed only 3 months . my office room got a new paint one month after a moved in and I was using the office very rarely. I have never asked them to paint the room. I cancelled the contract and had to pay one more ret even without a day of using it. When I moved out there was not even a single scratch and damage, They did charge me extra 520 cad for restoration fee. do not fall into this trap. stay away from Regus!!

Please be careful, its the same whatever the agent will tell you on the phone. I was very disappointed, they are charging many hidden fees.

WATCH OUT!! They blindly charge a activation fee and the current and next month before answering your questions. Very shady business practices. Reached out before the 15th to cancel and was only given directions on how to cancel after being billed for the next month. This organization is a bunch of scammers
