The company acting like scammers. They put automatic renewal on your agreement and the only notification you get is automatic email which can get to spam. If you missed this email due to any reason and if you haven’t cancelled your renewal within 10 day, you will pay for “Service” which you don’t need for couple years. The only thing their customer service can do is to tell you that it’s your problem. It up to you to use their service or not. I wouldn’t recommend.
