Venture X announced the opening of a new, 15,000-square-foot coworking space in downtown Worcester, MA. Located at 100 Front St. and occupying the entire fourth floor of Mercantile Center, the new location aims to provide a modern, all-inclusive office experience for businesses of all sizes, as well as solo workers.

Members can choose from a variety of move-in-ready workspaces and high-tech meeting rooms available on flexible monthly memberships. The range of amenities includes 24/7 access; a members’ café and lounge; and on-site parking.

“We are pleased to welcome Venture X to Mercantile Center,” said Chip Norton, managing director of Mercantile Center. “In their new location with us, they will provide a highly professional, turnkey coworking experience for businesses. Currently, downtown Worcester suffers from a lack of coworking facilities, thus opening a Venture X in the downtown provides a significant opportunity to meet market demand.”

The new Venture X location is part of a global network of more than 50 locations, allowing members to connect with a wider community of professionals and access resources beyond the local space.

“We have been watching the continued growth and development of downtown Worcester and, specifically, the Mercantile Center properties, and we knew this was the place to bring our coworking experience,” said Brandon Wolanski, owner of Venture X Worcester. “Surrounded by many amenities and with ample parking, Venture X Worcester will provide a full turnkey solution at a premier location in downtown Worcester.”

The opening of the Worcester location follows a year of planning and preparation. Wolanski CoWork Inc., a franchise of Venture X, signed the 11-year lease in March 2023. The renovation took several months and was completed in early 2024.
