Clubhouse Work & Golf has opened its second coworking space, in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood. The Colorado operator, which pairs private offices with indoor golf, now lists the location as open on its website.

The new space spans 23,000 square feet across two levels of the Galleria Towers at 720 South Colorado Boulevard. The 65 private offices sit on the penthouse floor, while the atrium lobby houses the golf lounge, with five Trackman iO simulators, a putting green, a bar and two of the location’s nine meeting rooms. Offices are accessible 24/7, and the golf lounge is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The host building is no newcomer to the submarket: the Galleria Office Towers complex dates to 1976, is managed by Cushman & Wakefield and totals more than 572,000 square feet of Class A office space next to the Cherry Creek shopping district.

The expansion follows a fast fill-up at the company’s first site. Clubhouse opened in Greenwood Village in December 2024 with 17,000 square feet, 50 private offices, three simulators and a putting green. Co-founder Josh Kaplan leased all 50 offices in just under 13 months, against a pro forma that assumed 18 to 24 months. Rather than stop at one new site, the operator is also growing the original: Greenwood Village is getting roughly 9,000 additional square feet, enough for 30 new private offices.

The Cherry Creek opening also marks a shift in where Clubhouse operates. Greenwood Village sits in the Denver Tech Center, a suburban office node, while Cherry Creek is a high-end retail and dining district closer to the city. The new site is also a step up in scale: at 23,000 square feet, Cherry Creek is about 35% larger than the 17,000-square-foot Greenwood Village original, with 65 private offices instead of 50 and five simulators instead of three.
