infinitSpace, a Dutch coworking operator, is entering the U.S. market under a 15-year management agreement for a 32,000-square-foot flexible space in downtown Los Angeles. The company will occupy the upper floors of 612 S. Broadway, with opening set for November 2.
About 400 members will fit in the new office, which offers access to private offices, open workspaces, meeting rooms, communal areas and a rooftop event space. The building previously housed Bond Collective, so it comes pre-built for coworking, allowing infinitSpace to move in without a major overhaul, according to CEO, Wybo Wijnbergen, in a report by Bisnow.
“This building already means something personal to me,” Wijnbergen said in a post. “While visiting Los Angeles with my family in April 2025, I walked past it and immediately noticed its architecture, history and presence. I could never have imagined that, less than 18 months later, it would become the home of our first U.S. community.”
The LA location is the first of 30 that infinitSpace plans to open across the U.S. throughout the next 24 months. The sites that follow include a 30,000-square-foot space in San Francisco’s Financial District; 45,000 square feet in the central business district of Austin, Texas; and 35,000 square feet on a block between Madison and Fifth avenues in New York. Wijnbergen said in a statement that the list was shaped by member demand.
To prepare for its North American expansion, infinitSpace has hired Andrea Pirrotti-Dranchak as head of real estate for the Americas, citing her background in coworking. Pirrotti-Dranchak was Regus’ global vice president of marketing for the Americas, and later served as marketing officer at Office Evolution, global enterprise director at flex operator NewFlex and managing director at Expansive.
infinitSpace already operates 13 flex offices globally — 11 across Europe (four in the UK, four in the Netherlands and three in Germany), as well as two in the United Arab Emirates. Its European landlords include Brookfield and German fund manager Patrizia.
