Vast Coworking Group recently announced the acquisition of flexible workspace provider Intelligent Office. This brings the South Florida-based coworking franchisor’s total footprint to more than 190 locations, 40,000 members, and 2.4 million square feet of space in eight countries with 55 new U.S. and Canada locations. The addition also expands Vast’s member benefits, while simultaneously streamlining operations and enhancing service offerings.

“Intelligent Office brings not only more locations to Vast, but also its unique, full-service member experience that includes custom call answering, executive assistants and more,” said Ray Titus, CEO of United Franchise Group™, the parent company of Vast. “Intelligent Office is positioned for great growth in 2024 and is the perfect addition to Vast as we continue to establish an unparalleled network of coworking spaces to meet the evolving needs of our diverse and dynamic member community.”

Vast Coworking Group (formerly CoWorks) aims to connect coworking brands, services and amenities under one umbrella. Founded in 2023 by Titus, the group currently comprises Office Evolution, Venture X and Intelligent Office, specializing in franchising within the coworking industry. Based in West Palm Beach, FL, it’s the world’s largest privately owned franchisor and the third-largest network globally.

Launched in 1995 and franchising since 1999, Intelligent Office provides private offices, meeting space and full-service offerings. At the time, Intelligent Office was among the first companies to offer virtual office solutions — including virtual administrative services — to small businesses and entrepreneurs. The company is now part of Vast Coworking Group under the Starpoint Brands family.
