The flourishing café, coworking and coaching chain SUCCESS Space is redefining the concept of ”work from home” in 2023 as it seeks to increase its location count across 12 states.

The first franchise locations for SUCCESS Space — a division of eXp World Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: EXPI) — will debut in San Antonio, Houston, and Flower Mound, Texas, in the second part of spring 2023.

In order to join its Founder’s Club and launch 14 SUCCESS Space sites across the United States, including Alabama, California, Florida, Indiana, Louisiana, Nevada, New York, Texas, and Virginia, the company has signed agreements with 13 franchisees.

These exceptional franchisees include eXp Realty brokers and agents; seasoned businesspeople; and civic leaders. To continue the brand’s outstanding growth to date, SUCCESS Space plans to launch 20 sites in 2023 and have 35 more under construction by the end of the year.

Ted Laatz, President of SUCCESS Space, said the following: “This year is set to be pivotal for the brand as we have a number of openings this spring including our first in the thriving city of Sugar Land. We aim to continue our strategic growth across the country and open 20 locations alongside our committed franchise partners to build what we expect to become one of the nation’s leading franchise coworking concepts.”

The SUCCESS Space sites feature on-demand, virtual and monthly coworking offices; a SUCCESS Cafe™; certified SUCCESS® Coaching; and a SUCCESS World™ metaverse, all of which are meant to answer the desire for a suburban, modern workspace. Specifically, the coworking spaces seek to aid in the development of socially conscious and tech-savvy local company professionals and solopreneurs.

Notably, SUCCESS Space has pinpointed a number of key markets where the concept could be successful, including in new markets, like Arizona, Georgia, Illinois and Ohio. The company is also looking for expansion prospects in its current regions, which include California, Florida, Louisiana, Texas and Virginia. With the exception of Alaska, Hawaii and New York, all states provide franchise opportunities.

“It has been very exciting to watch the SUCCESS Space business scale. The team has worked diligently to attract our founding franchisees that will bring the brand to life, and I am eager to see the first locations open this year”, declared the VP of Franchise Development at SUCCESS Space, Kelli Schroeder.

Success Space is growing nationally as an up-and-coming franchise idea with both single-, as well as multi-unit franchise operators. Ideal franchisees have a clear understanding of how the concept of “work” is changing.

SUCCESS Space is looking for savvy professionals with experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, small company management and retail to contribute within their local communities. Entrepreneurs and investors with sufficient capital are urged to apply.
