Flexible workspace operator Spacemade has officially opened Ellisse, its newest purpose-built hub for established businesses seeking an elevated workplace experience between Farringdon and Blackfriars.

Spanning 26,996 square feet and three floors of thoughtfully designed space at 10 St Bride St., the new location offers a mix of private offices for teams of six to 42 people, meeting rooms equipped with remote-enabled technology and a striking event suite with a terrace overlooking St Bride’s Church. Notably, the meeting spaces, designed for groups from six to 22, pair modern connectivity with comfort. Or, for larger gatherings, the event suite accommodates up to 100 guests and includes a lounge, prep kitchen, and breakout zones, creating an ideal setting for conferences or client showcases.

Surrounded by major firms including Deloitte, Capgemini and PayPal, Ellisse places teams at the heart of London’s business district. Amenities include 24/7 access via the Spacemade app; bike storage; showers; fully equipped kitchens; and a calendar of curated networking events. Members can also enjoy breakout areas and stocked kitchens serving complimentary hot beverages, with catering available on request.

“Ellisse isn’t just about space,” Spacemade shared at launch. “It’s about how you work, who you work with and where you want to grow next.”
