American Express Business Platinum and Corporate Platinum U.S. cardholders now receive a complimentary ZO membership with no change to their annual fee. The benefit covers more than 25 ZO Clubhouse and Studio locations across New York; Boston; Washington, D.C.; Chicago; San Francisco; and Los Angeles.

ZO is Tishman Speyer’s global amenity network for the people who work in its buildings. Through a mobile app, members can book lounges and event programming; get building and neighborhood updates; and use services delivered by partners spanning childcare, health care, fitness, travel, food delivery and on-demand beauty. The company also positions ZO as a business tool, pitching it to occupiers as a way to help retain and attract top talent and strengthen company culture.

The network spans two types of spaces operated by Tishman Speyer: ZO Clubhouses, which are hospitality-style lounges where members can work, network, and recharge, and 2) Studio, the company’s flexible workspace brand offering a more traditional coworking setting that includes shared workspaces, private offices, and meeting and event space.

Under the new benefit, cardholders get unlimited Clubhouse access along with four guest day passes per week, plus four free day passes each month at the U.S. Studio locations.

Additionally, each eligible card account can earn up to $500 in statement credits per calendar year toward ZO or Studio event space bookings and Dining Club memberships paid for with the card. A dedicated ZO site and app experience lists all participating spaces and explains how to earn the credits.

Separate enrollment isn’t required, but cardholders need to activate their ZO membership online or in the app prior to their first visit. Studio visits must be booked in advance.
