Enclave Coworking opened a new location at 1851 N. Greenville Ave., Suite 100, in Richardson, Texas.

Members get 24/7 access to a coworking lounge; private offices; reservable conference rooms; phone rooms; a coffee and snack bar; printing; password-protected, high-speed internet; and monitor storage, as well as regular social and networking events. Meanwhile, private offices come with flexible lease terms with cleaning, internet and utilities included.

“Rather than commuting into a larger business district, professionals can have a comfortable, professional place to work right in their neighborhood,” Burkett told Community Impact. “We wanted Enclave to feel less like a traditional office and more like a welcoming, home-away-from-home workspace.”

Pricing starts at $150 per month for flex coworking, $300 per month for a dedicated desk and $700 per month for a private office. The company also offers month-to-month memberships, coworking days and a free trial for those who want to test the space before committing.

The workspace sits in Eastside, a transit-oriented development at the southeast corner of North Central Expressway and Campbell Road. It’s also between the Galatyn Park and Arapaho Center DART light rail stations and within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and shops.

Richardson is Enclave’s fourth location in Dallas-Fort Worth, joining sites at 4900 Belt Line Road in Addison, Texas; 2421 W. Seventh St. in Fort Worth, Texas; and 305 E. Virginia St. in McKinney, Texas. The company entered the metroplex with its Fort Worth location across from Montgomery Plaza in November 2025. Currently, the coworking brand has more than 40 locations spanning across Boston; Chicago; Dallas-Fort Worth; the Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia region; and Southern California.
