Corporate Suites, a NYC serviced office space provider, signed a 13-year lease with Wohio Holding Inc. and is planning to open a 34,857-square-foot coworking location across the entire 18th and 19th floors of 16 East 34th Street.
The new location will be the operator’s fourth in New York City, joining existing spaces at 641 Lexington Ave., 2 Park Ave. and 880 Third Ave. The new outpost will offer furnished team offices, alongside private offices, fully equipped conference and training rooms, open coworking areas, phone booths, a complimentary café and an onsite team providing front desk service and support.

The 376,000-square-foot Murray Hill tower sits within walking distance of Penn Station, Grand Central Terminal and the 33rd Street and Herald Square subway stations. Recent upgrades to the property include a redesigned lobby, new elevator cabs and a rooftop amenity deck with skyline views open to all tenants. Large, efficient floor plates and pre-built suites round out the offering, and the base of the building can accommodate a “building within a building” configuration on 33rd Street for a single 100,000-square-foot user.
