Coworking operator Industrious has leased more than 29,000 square feet in Osmo, a sustainability-focused office building at 65 Nine Elms Lane in London’s Battersea district. The new coworking site occupies the first two floors of the building and marks the company’s 10th UK location.
Located close to the Battersea Park and several public transit stops, the new flex office provides fully furnished private offices and suites; lounges; phone booths; in addition to a variety of amenities, like daily breakfast, snacks, 24/7 access and unlimited color printing. Adding to Industrious’ existing perks, the work campus comes with a terrace, a bike workshop, a holistic studio and an artisan coffee shop.
Battersea’s growing mix of residential neighborhoods and business activity makes it a natural fit for a flexible workspace. The new location at Osmo also reflects a broader focus on bringing offices closer to where people live, while also keeping them rooted in their local context and accessible to businesses as they scale.
Industrious currently operates seven locations across London, the closest to Osmo being the office at 15 Fitzroy St., which launched in summer 2025, as well as the space at 77 Coleman St., which it acquired in 2023.
Quadrant Estates developed Osmo, the 11-story office and retail building spanning nearly 166,000 square feet of Grade A office space in collaboration with Knight Frank. EPR Architects designed the project that focuses on a biophilic design. The building has also obtained several sustainability accreditations, including BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum and net zero carbon in operation. Another recent tenant of Osmo is O2 Daisy, a business communication company.
