• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

  While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, ActivSpace may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  ActivSpace - Ballard operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly. 

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with ActivSpace.

• Can I visit ActivSpace - Ballard before making a decision? If so, how do I schedule a tour?

  Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
