Great space! I've been a tenant for two years and have enjoyed working with the excellent staff. Special thanks to Beza for assisting with all our questions and always being ready to pick me up whenever I forget my keycard at home.

Seattle Spaces 2 & U is a great place to work! We have been at this location for over five years now and hope to stay for another five. The facility is modern, the environment is friendly, and Beza the Spaces community manager is wonderful! She's knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!

I toured all the coworking spaces in downtown Seattle before selecting Spaces 2+U. Now that I’ve been working out of Spaces 2+U for a while now and can confidently say it’s the best coworking spots in Seattle for me. The Team: What truly sets this place apart is the staff. They are genuinely friendly, helpful and always on top of things. They create a welcoming vibe that I miss on days I work from home. The Space: The interior design feels modern and professional but still comfortable. The oversized windows bring in so much natural light, views of the Puget Sound and downtown Seattle. It definitely makes the workday more enjoyable. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a workspace that balances style, convenience and community.

I have a business lounge membership with Regus, and Spaces - 2 and U was the first office location I scouted before I moved from Denver, and frankly it's been the best home base. I'm remote but like to have somewhere to go to break up monotony in the day. Jeff Walker, the Area Sales Manager Team Lead, was really patient working with me while I was still out of state and trying to figure out budget and start date and things like that. These offices are beautiful, and I've been content to work out of the very comfortable and spacious common areas, as well. Juju and Beza who manage the location are so nice and helpful and are a huge part of the reason I keep coming back to this location (there are several within a mile radius or so). Overall, I've been really happy with the space. P.S. the patios and views don't hurt!

Spaces was a mess for me. I spent months working in a room with shards of glass and a broken window at the now-shuttered Belltown location. When they moved me to 2&U they said I could terminate my agreement with "no penalties as this closure is initiated by us", but I ended up having to pay out the contract. I never moved to 2&U but they still charged me a move-out fee to "restore" the workspace and they refused to waive it.
