I’ve been a customer of The Pioneer Collective since 2024, originally using their virtual address/mail service at around $50/month. Without my clear authorization or approval, my monthly charges were increased to around $150–$160/month. When I contacted them by phone to explain that I never approved the increased billing, they declined to make it right or offer a reasonable compromise. From my side, this feels like a company prioritizing a short-term billing increase over keeping a long-term customer. It’s disappointing because I had no issue continuing as a customer at the rate I originally agreed to. But raising charges this aggressively without clear approval, then refusing to correct it, is not how you retain trust.

I've used the Belltown location to book meeting rooms for team meetings. The process is very easy from booking to getting in and using your space for the meeting. The rooms are well maintained and the space is beautiful.
