I wish I could give zero stars. As a small business owner, signing with Regus has been one of the worst business decisions I've ever made, and I'm now forced to involve attorneys just to get what was promised to me in writing. When I signed my agreement, I was explicitly assured by management in writing that my rate was fixed for 12 months. Five months in, they suddenly started charging me an additional $579 per month with no warning or explanation. That's when my nightmare began. I've done everything possible to resolve this through proper channels: Multiple emails (ignored or given runaround responses) Phone calls (passed around, no resolution) In-person visits to the office (empty promises) It's now been 10 months total since I signed, and 5 months since they started overcharging me. They've taken nearly $10,000 more than our agreed-upon amount. For a small business, this isn't just an inconvenience—this is potentially devastating financially. The management is completely incompetent and seemingly has no interest in honoring their own written agreements. I'm now forced to get attorneys involved just to get them to honor the contract THEY put in writing. Do not trust anything Regus tells you, even in writing. They will change the terms whenever they want and leave you fighting an uphill battle to get what you were promised. There are plenty of other coworking and office space providers out there save yourself the headache, financial loss, and stress. Regus is not worth it.

I connected with Jeff and he patiently worked through options as we set up the US side of our otherwise Canadian legal practice. (Jeff - sorry that took as many months as it did!) Jasmine and Bill are always cheerful and professional! The office center itself is clean and in good repair, and looks overall very good. We found the pricing favorable for the quality of the office. It's unbundled, and while more clarity around the fees could I think improve customer satisfaction, they have been willing to address these head-on so we went in, so far, eyes wide open.

I’ve had an incredible experience renting office space at Regus, but I have to say—Gina and Bill are what truly make this place feel like home. Their dedication, professionalism, and welcoming nature create a real sense of community that sets this location apart. If it weren’t for their outstanding support, my experience would be much different. They go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, making every workday more enjoyable. The office space itself is well-maintained, convenient, and perfect for productivity, but it’s the people that make all the difference. So grateful to have found my new work home here!

We are 24+ years (and counting) with Regus. Regus is the epicenter of our business. The support staff, amenities, and multiple locations are second to none. Our clients are all across the Pacific Northwest, so it is comforting to know that there is always a prestige location close by where our clients recognize our professionalism by the quality of the surroundings. We have been in the Ballard location for 4+ years, and the location, access, and ambiance are exceptional...and the caliber of the support staff here is sublime.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Regus - Seattle - Ballard operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • At Regus - Seattle - Ballard, Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.
