My experience working this warehouse was very negative due to poor management. From the beginning, the administrator showed an unprofessional attitude and a clear lack of ethics. Instead of providing proper service, they created uncomfortable situations and treated clients with little respect. Communication is poor, and any issue becomes more complicated because of the way things are handled. The environment they create feels tense and overwhelming, turning something as simple as renting a space into a stressful experience. There is no real effort to resolve problems or provide quality service. As a suggestion, I believe the management should be replaced, as this would significantly improve the customer experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place, as the customer service is far below expectations.

Cube Work may offer solid technical capabilities, but potential customers should be aware the property manager Chris. Chris Was consistently rude and unprofessional in our interactions. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Chris’s attitude overshadowed any positive aspects of the service. Given these issues, I believe such behavior should be addressed at management level, including considering termination or reassignment to ensure a respectful customer experience.
