I had a nearly identical experience to the reviewer who posted here two months ago. We were friends and held memberships at the same time. In response to his review, management publicly stated that he could reach out and they would help resolve the issue. I can personally confirm that he did reach out and never received a response. That is the core problem. Publicly offering to resolve an issue, then ignoring the follow-up, is completely unprofessional. We would both be open to removing our reviews if the situation were actually addressed. As it stands today, the experience with management and customer service has been consistently unprofessional, which aligns with the broader pattern reflected in other reviews. The space itself is fine. The issue is management accountability.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with management here. Due to billing issues on their end, my account was paused and I was locked out of the space for three weeks — yet they refused to offer any refund or credit for the lost time, costing me about $200. When I raised the issue, their manager, Sam Metcalf, provided no reasonable solution or accountability. It’s unfortunate because the space itself is nice, but consistent with the other reviews, the management and customer service are seriously lacking. Their 3.8-star average (and 3.2 at their other location) reflects that reality.

They make you sign these long complicated agreements so they screw you over in the long run, double and triple charing at times, totally not worth it, Avoid at all costs.
