I rented an office space at this location for a short period of time. I will start off by saying that the space was what I needed and that the building was good overall. Further, on-site staff were always friendly and helpful. My one gripe with the shared spaces was that the kitchen was often dirty and I had a hard time finding bathrooms with soap and paper towels stocked consistently. I chose this company/location because they offered me the best monthly rate that I could find. However, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere because I ended up being charged so much more than I originally intended which completely defeated the purpose. I was told directly conflicting information about when I needed to cancel my lease to avoid it carrying over to the next month, and now I'm stuck with a bill for an entire month's lease for an office that I can't even utilize since I moved to a different city. On top of this, there are so many hidden fees baked into the contract that I was never certain when I would be charged for what. Learn from my mistake if you decide to sign a contract: get every conversation afterward IN WRITING so you have evidence to refute any contradictions. I don't think I've ever left a bad review for anything, but I feel strongly that these business practices are predatory and I feel obligated to at least share my experience for others. It should have been a red flag from the beginning that there were so many one star reviews.

No parking, no parking literally everytime I come here for meetings. Why even come?

I actually have had very positive experiences with the on-site staff. They do not set the building policies and have definitely been as helpful to me as they were able to be every time I have gone to them. I also love the convenience of the location/am quite happy with the building. That said: The pricing/marketing is predatory (they automatically sign you up for additional fees for coffee and have enormous move-out fees) The kitchen areas and fridges are not kept clean at all. They claim 24/7 access, but if the batteries get low on your office door (or any other issue) outside of normal office hours there is literally nobody you can contact and no way to access the space you are paying for. They also turn off heating/cooling systems outside of business hours. So even if you can access the space the temperature may or may not be reasonable. The corporate policies are designed for profit (not for you) - but the building and the people in it I enjoy. If I had a better option I would go elsewhere, but I don’t and am not unhappy here.

I've been here for awhile now and while the office is affordable and the building is newer there remains numerous things that are constantly frustrating. In the summer, the A/C doesn't kick on until about noon for offices facing the sun in the morning and my office is routinely 80+ degrees. The printers have been out of service since April 2 and it's now June 27. Sometimes packages are brought up to you, but most of the time you have to go down to get them. Most recently, the bathrooms haven’t had paper towels for weeks.

  • At Spaces - Buckman MLK, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Spaces.
