False and deceptive business practices. They claim a flat rate for the virtual office service during sign-up, but once you sign the contract, they change the rate by requiring additional fees to actually accept the mail. The amount of the fees is not mentioned at all in the contract, making the contract unenforceable. I attempted to cancel the contract within 3 days of sign-up because of their deception, and they failed to respond. Proceeding to file a lawsuit. Beware!

Working in this office has been increasingly uncomfortable due to ongoing temperature issues. While some suites stay freezing cold, mine often feels like a sauna, even after multiple requests to adjust it. It’s nearly impossible to stay focused or comfortable for long periods of time - which would lead to me having to step into the hallway or a coworkers suite for cool air. Another major concern is the lack of sound insulation — conversations from neighboring offices can easily be heard, including confidential or private matters. It’s hard to understand how that’s seen as acceptable practice in a professional setting. The front desk staff are kind and do their best, but management seems largely disconnected from the day-to-day problems tenants face. Until these basic comfort and maintenance issues are addressed, I unfortunately cannot recommend a space like this.

I want to start by saying that the staff, particularly Sage, are very kind and earned the extra star. Unfortunately, the actual office is not meant for productive working environments. Most notably, the walls are so thin you can hear private conversations from other offices. Many tenants resorted to white noise machines, the result being a very loud hallway as everyone tries to block each other's noise levels. I've found the rooms themselves to never be updated and very rarely cleaned. In addition, I put in several requests to have the A/C turned off in my office. It is so cold in my office that we have resorted to several blankets, sweatshirts, and hats simple to be able to comfortably work. It seems that, although the front desk is friendly, no one "in charge" cares about this office location. I would not recommend it.

I grew my business from 2 people to 15 people and if I could do it again I'd do it without Regus. First, you are treated as a "hotel guest" and not a tenant- ie- when you need things a normal tenant would need like knowing when a fire alarm test would happen, or when to expect a plumber to come, or when you can expect an HVAC repair for your office that is climbing to 90 degrees each day- you will get absolutely no timely communication or expectations. Whether you pay them $500 a month or $20,000 a month, you will never receive more than the absolute minimal client service. The staff at this location allows for pets and emotional support dogs to live in the office, which is in violation of the building owner's policy. If you call on them to enforce their own rules and the building rules, they will claim, defying all logic and intelligence that all dogs on the floor are service animals. As it is in my rights, I ask what service these dogs provide. They know no skills, and some of the dogs have pee pads in the offices as they arent even house broken. Their billing and renewal system is terrible, they have absolutely no back house customer service. The secretaries that sit at the desk have no ability to help you with any serious concern- none of them are even allowed to have non-anonymous emails, ensuring you can never contact someone for consistent help. Sadly, this is a business that is just collecting checks, and has no desire in partnering with start up companies to help them grow their business. I work with over fifty vendors and the relationship my company has with Regus is the weakest. One office I rent for $1,813 a month has had ripped up holey carpet for a year, this was supposed to be fixed before I took possession, and they are still unwilling to fix. They will also charge a "refurbishment" fee for fixing such things when you leave, even if you never got those things fixed for yourself. I would avoid using Regus unless you had no other option. The view is nice but that is all this location has going for it.

The staff here at Regus are amazing, helpful and great to work with. In particular Sage is outstanding and one of the main reasons we have been here for this long. Thank you Regus!
