We had a wonderful experience hosting a 2-hour event at OASIS by Workville. We booked both Floor 15 and the rooftop space, and although the weather didn’t cooperate for our rooftop plans, Orlando was incredibly helpful and accommodating in adjusting the setup for us. We were able to arrange the space how we wanted for our happy hour with tables, chairs, and comfortable lounge furniture, and then transitioned into theater seating for our speaker session. The flexibility helped in making the event run smoothly. The rental included tables, chairs, lounge furniture, and some artificial plants, which gave us a great foundation for the event setup. Depending on the style and atmosphere you are hoping to create, you may want to bring in additional décor elements to further personalize or fill the space. DJ, Cecilia, and Orlando all provided exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and onsite during the event. We also appreciated the vendor recommendations from the OASIS team, which helped make coordination easy and stress-free. Thank you to the entire OASIS team for a fantastic experience!

What a loft! Right by Penn, on the creative West side of Manhattan. You have three floors all to yourself so you can expand an event that has spillover. Orlando, the fixer guy, is the best.

Noice space! We took this venue right by Penn in the last minute after another canceled and it exceeded our expectations. Half lounge, half demo space, and you can move things around. Fit the bill!

We had an amazing experience working with everyone at OASIS. We are based in Copenhagen and planned an event in New York from overseas and the staff were so helpful and accomodating. Once we arrived in New York, everything was in order and the buiding staff were so incredibly helpful with the setup and logistics. The event went off without a hitch and the space was so perfect. We will definitely use them again when we need an event space in NYC. Highly recommended!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Workville, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Workville - W 35th has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
