Spanning two floors, our West Village location embodies an intimate, residential feel with a secluded courtyard in back. In the landmarked American Railway Supply Building, members contribute to a legacy rich in artistry, industry, and innovation. Two meeting rooms, one library, and a lounge space are available for booking, each custom furnished and tech-powered to accommodate video conferencing and screen sharing. Members and nonmembers can make the most of their booked time, engaging with our onsite team to prepare meeting materials and facilitate catering orders.

The best coworking space, EVER! I’ve been a member of the WV Malin location for a few years now and truly have nothing but amazing things to say. As an interior designer, I really appreciate how thoughtfully designed the space is with different rooms that accommodate varying noise levels/work styles. One of my favorite parts about it is the sense of community. I’ve met so many interesting, like-minded people, and it’s been a great place for networking. The front desk staff are also incredible (always welcoming, helpful, good energy) A special shoutout to Aiden, who has been there the longest and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure the member experience is where it should be. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great coworking space

I've been working out of The Malin for 2 years and have nothing but good things to say. The shared spaces are always very clean, great community with other members, and the staff go above and beyond every day to ensure you have a comfortable space to work in. I can't say enough good things about Dhyago, Aiden, and Noa -- no task is too small! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a thoughtful, welcoming place to work.

I’ve been a member at The Malin since February, but it honestly feels like I’ve been here for years, in the best way. The community is incredibly welcoming, and the team makes such a difference in the experience. Aiden, Dhyago, and Noa are truly the best, I always look forward to seeing them whenever I come in. They make the space feel personal, warm, and consistently enjoyable to be in. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a workspace that feels both elevated and genuinely inviting :)

Working out of the Malin West Village has always been such a pleasant experience the few times I have bought day passes. Space is gorgeous and the team is so helpful. Couldn’t recommend more!
