My production company had a great experience filming at Cubico Offices. We rented a conference room in the SoHo location for a 7 hour day of shooting, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. We also rented another conference room for a holding room. The space itself was clean, modern, and exactly what we needed for our scene. It had a professional look on camera and gave us enough flexibility to work with our equipment and crew comfortably. The team at Cubico was also incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. Shout out to Tomer! They were responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was ready for us on arrival, which made a huge difference on a tight production schedule. We’d absolutely use them again.

Great space! Nice rooftop. Great natural light. Two issues though: they haven't invested in the A/C system, so it can get kind of hot in here sometimes (80-82F). And the electrical system is not well grounded, so all metal surfaces in building (taps, elevator button, doors, etc.) build up electric charges that give you a zap (big enough to see the arc). Just know for coworking, not actual renting an office, it's in the basement, so you won't get natural light. I think all the negative reviews are all about that, but the majority of people are in offices and those are nice.

I hosted a 50 person fundraiser here. (Venue can definitely host more!) Tomer went above and beyond to make this venue the most convenient and beautiful option in Manhattan. The rooftop views are absolutely stunning, and although we had to move indoors due to a downpour, the cellar floor was the perfect backup plan. All of my guests commented on how seamless and beautiful it was. Tomer was extremely flexible throughout the process, and I know I wouldn’t have found another venue as accommodating or nearly as gorgeous. Thank you! I will definitely host again if Tomer will have us:)

Great space! Have a private office on the top floor and have been coming back for summer each year. Very chill and accomodating management. Nice rooftop. Great natural light. Just know for coworking, not actual renting an office, it's in the basement, so you won't get natural light. I think all the negative reviews are all about that, but the majority of people are in offices and those are nice.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Cubico Offices for our new retail location was so outstanding that I felt compelled to share. Cubico provided an absolutely exceptional experience! They understood our retail needs perfectly, guiding us to an ideal space. Their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend for any retail business seeking a new location!
