I’ve had an amazing experience with Elite Medical Suites. The facility is always clean, professional, and welcoming, making it a great environment for both providers and clients. The management team is responsive, organized, and truly supportive of growing wellness and aesthetic businesses. The suites are modern, well-maintained, and designed to create a comfortable experience for patients. I also appreciate the professionalism and positive atmosphere throughout the building. Highly recommend for any healthcare or wellness professional looking for a quality medical suite space in Las Vegas!

This is such a great idea for those starting up and do not want to commit yet to a long-term lease, for those who are waiting for tenant improvements to get started, or for anyone that needs a short-term place. It is in a very good location, is well appointed with spacious rooms and amenities, and the owners are just a delight to work with. The assistant, Janet, is also awesome. I am very happy to have found them to get a head start on my practice and highly recommend this place!

Interesting concept. Rent an examination room. Great way for a new physician to get started. Or one winding down their practice.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Elite Medical Suites, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Elite Medical Suites has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Elite Medical Suites.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
