Entering the BIC feels like stepping into a serene oasis of sophistication and approachable elegance. The beautifully decorated space strikes a perfect balance between modern refinement and inviting warmth. Every detail, from the furniture to the artwork that was created by an artist who has a studio within the office space, has been carefully chosen to create a calm and appealing environment. The peaceful atmosphere is ideal for focused work, important meetings and collaborative interaction with others that share common areas that include a gorgeous front lobby/foyer, open office desk space and a fantastic kitchen area with high-top and booth/chair seating. Kevin, the owner of the BIC, is exceptionally kind and inviting, and his office manager Melissa is dedicated to ensuring a positive experience whether you have popped in for a quick meeting or have leased one of their office spaces. All my encounters with this group have left me feeling warmly welcomed and valued. The BIC is not just a place to work- it's a place to connect and see inspiration flourish! I highly recommend it for anyone looking to elevate their work environment!

The Business Impact Center is a very nice facility conveniently located in Brier Creek. There is ample parking, the lobby is warm and inviting, and they have a well-equipped kitchen area. You will see beautiful artwork created by a member of the BIC community throughout the location. There are small office spaces as well as larger group areas for meetings. We highly recommend considering BIC for your office/meeting needs!

I found the BIC to be a fantastic (and pristinely clean) space shared by a community of kind professionals. It's in a great location and the owner, Kevin, and manager, Melissa, are very approachable and helpful. Highly recommend!

I had the opportunity to attend an open house event at this location. The parking was very convenient and the building, professional, warm and welcoming! A great space for any business.

After being virtual since Covid it is nice to have offices and meeting rooms again. WOW! The BIC isn't just any brick and mortar. This place is beautiful. The amenities and staff are awesome. What a great way to start 2024.
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Business Impact Center.
