This team really knows their stuff. I’ll definitely tell others about them.

Be VERY careful with these folks. The end of our agreement was June 30. The manager of my company's Raleigh location informed Regus on MAY 2 of our notice to vacate. We also confirmed verbally about our notice to vacate. Shortly after this manager left the company, I personally called to confirm that we'll be vacated by June 30.. They then told me that because the old manager didn't complete an online form (which I didnt have access to), that the verbal and emailed notice to vacate was not legally valid. As a result, it triggered an additional 3 months of rent at a rate nearly DOUBLE what we were paying. Apparently because the notice was NOT sent via their online portal but only done via verbally AND EMAIL (with time stamps) they have to autorenew for 3 months at an EXORBITANT rate. It seemed entirely unreasonable. I didnt even know about this process because my old manager is the old one who arranged the details for this space. Also.... come on... we literally gave you time-stamped email notice which you acknowledged of our notice to vacate. This is not how you build a positive reputation. Now they are sending me to collections and pursuing legal action against a small entreprenuer like me. I highly recommend not working with this company.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and kind. However, this facility failed at every other aspect of a successful coworking space. It took 20 minutes to check in due to their software, I paid $186 for a 1 day office space, the office was a closet with no windows and a plastic desk that was shallow and short, and finally the wifi went down an hour into my day I kindly asked the front desk to refund me and she was super helpful writing into their support but apparently it’s against their policy to refund a charge even when the wifi wasn’t available in a coworking space (which also had no cell service). I do not recommend - many other great options in the area

One might think at a gem of a prestige location like Tower II in. North Hills, the setting would be the superstar. However impressive the environment though, the real stars are its staff. It's a people-driven business, and where relationships matter the most, they commit to client service in droves. You can see the standard that Carol sets instilled in her staff that I worked with for over a year, with Erin, Michelle, and Carina. Were there problems and missteps? Certainly. But my measure of a service is not in the absence of issues, its in how well those issues are proactively addressed and corrected. Again, the commitment is quite evident from the staff.

The offices here at Regus in North Hills are tastefully decorated, the view is amazing and the environment is professional and welcoming. Carol, Michelle and Erin work together as a team and they continue to provide excellent service and support.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Regus may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Regus.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Regus - North Hills Tower II is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.
