Regus has lost our account access - so they're still billing us, but we can't access. They rolled out a new online portal & app, and we lost our company access, invoices, billing, etc.

LOSES PAPERWORK, LOSES ACCOUNT INFORMATION They have repeatedly lost mail paperwork and my account information. Now they want me to come back again (twice in 1 week) to fill out paperwork so I can collect my mail. Also, their apps and customer portal is broken - they lost all my business information, billing, invoices, payments, everything. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH REGUS !

I had a very negative experience with Regus. The paperwork is misleading, the terms are extremely unfavorable, there is no give, and the office environment is sterile. I would strongly recommend against working with them.

Absolutely horrible customer service at this office especially over the last 6 months or so. They are also charging for services I did not receive. The worse part is nobody in local management is any help. It’s a hassle to change the address on all my accounts but dealing with Regus is too time consuming- I’m spending time dealing with nonsense when I should be taking care of my own client needs. I’m vetting other coworking spaces to make the switch. Regus/ Spaces may seem cheaper but trust me, you’ll pay more in the long run.

Hailey and Sydney kill it on the fourth floor. Plenty of parking, office is accessible even in New Years, Christmas Eve, 4am whenever.
