I've been to many coworking spaces, but this one truly stands out for its amazing vibe! The common areas are lively, filled with people working and connecting, which creates such an energizing atmosphere. The food is a game-changer—breakfast and snacks every day, plus a stocked fridge with treats in between (plus allergies they accommodate food allergies!) From quiet focus rooms to café-style spaces, the variety of work areas is so fun. Last but not least - the staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful—highly recommend!

I've been a member for almost two years. Found this spot after visiting about a dozen coworking spaces. Look no further because there is no better in the DMV. Great community for all entrepreneurs. The bonus is that food is included in the membership so free coffee, tea, breakfast, and snack time every week day.

Unfortunately this place isn’t for Black ppl. Industrious needs to train its employees to know how to work with diverse people . Kate the front desk manager was extremely unwelcoming literally everyday to myself and my co workers . I’ve even heard her say sentences like “I don’t like kids” . She’s just overall uncomfortable to be around . It’s a gorgeous facility but it felt like we were walking on eggshells . We would get looked at weird and talked too differently. My co workers were from Africa and Turkey btw.

The facilities are gorgeous & sleek. The staff goes above & beyond to make it a fun, easy place to work. I just wish my organization would pay more to have a dedicated private office, in addition to our 1 open workplan office space. I spend a lot of time in the telephone booths! The building has a few perks other Industrious locations don't have. A secure bike room, fitness & locker rooms, in-building parking. And then there are all the Industrious perks - tasty breakfast & snack daily + happy hour on Thursday afternoons; easy-to-use conference room AV equipment; pens, printers, office supplies already waiting for you when & where you need them.
