Hi I would appreciate a call or an email from corporate I’ve sent multiple emails No one replied to me I’ve cancelled my membership and you are still taking money from my account I would like you to stop Because the membership is a been cancelled every time I call the office, nobody picks up

Going down hill. They get some of the best receptionist but some reason can’t keep them. Now you can barely reach a receptionist when you need one. Plus packages and mail use to never be a problem now they are mixing up packages mail never gets to you or it comes days later after tracking said it was dropped off. They need to start with a new management team from the top down so it can get back to the way it was when I first came to 1200 G street Regus offices hurry and fix this before its too late.

Totally unprofessional people. Totally liar salespersons, They charged $7776 for 12 months rent, and monthly rent was $548,
