I have had it with this place. I rented from spaces in 2018 and was a happy client in the Wisconsin ave location. Since I've been at this location, we have been treated with so much disrespect. To start, upon signing the lease the agreement was to be able to use the conference rooms at no extra cost after hours once a week. Once we got into the lease, a lady across the conference room complained about noise from our event. It seemed to like a racist target as the complaint came from a Caucasian lady towards me, an Asian female. The manager Mike of the location took her side and said verbatim "even if you pay for conference space, you can't use it." We have since made adjustments. The BILLING process had glitches. The invoices never say what we are really getting billed for. Normal rent seems to not be fixed as all of a sudden I saw charges on my account that made no sense. It took more than 7 MONTHS to fix the issue! Multiple times I had to email them twice to get a response. There would be days to a week sometimes there'd be no response. Today i get an email at 12:21 pm that a new client purchased the whole floor and that everyone would be relocated and to let them know if we would like mgmt to move our belongings or we would like to move it ourselves. At 3:20 pm I walk out of my meetings, to my office, while responding to the email, just to find my belongings piled on top of each other, thrown around on the desk, and posters ripped apart as if I wasn't going to be reusing any of them. Mike claimed that Joe said every client responded to the email, which is a complete lie. Don't sign with these people. They give you empty promises, lie on you, don't respond in reasonable time but expect you to, and treat you below human as if they own you. I have never been so angry and disrespected as a human being, professional and minority woman.

I had an outstanding experience at this coworking space. From the moment I arrived, the team provided exceptional customer service—friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a positive experience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, creating a professional yet welcoming atmosphere.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. If you're looking for a coworking location, LOOK ELSEWHERE. Horrible service. Terrible management communication. Unreliable internet. Nickle-and-dime fees. Run away.

Two issues with this place: - The big door is locked & the help-call button outside doesn’t work or the reception desk ignores it - The older black reception desk lady is rude and extremely disrespectful
