This place is horrible, I cannot get anyone to help me or pick up the phone at the front desk. I have not received my retainer refund and it has been 5 months. They tell me to log into my account for help but my account is not active since I closed it. Do not even think about using this place for coworking as they will keep your money.

The transition from Pitch to Spaces has been painful- the prices have increased and the level of service is abysmal. There are never any mugs available in the kitchen- not even in the cleaned dishes in the dishwashers. They are too cheap to actually have basics like mugs for coffee (no disposables either) and nickel-and-dime tenants on everything. Don't bother with getting an office here - it's no longer worth it. We've been here for 4 years and are forced to plan our exit. Update: one of the downstairs microwave has been broken for several months. The coffee machine downstairs is not working and the vile stuff in the coffee urns upstairs tastes like dishwater - maybe skimping on the amount of coffee used to make it? Cold brew not offered any more. Canned drinks not offered any more. Tea bags switched to generic sawdust tasting products rather than the usual stuff that had flavor. Yet more examples of poor service. Raising these issues directly with the staff is a major problem because of staff response. Several months ago a colleague asked about mugs and the staff person got upset at him. After several months she still will not talk to him and gives all mail to me so she does not have to engage with him.

Our office has been in this location for more than 4 years. It used to be an excellent place to work from and host meetings, with wonderful services - until Regus/Spaces took over! Now, with Regus/Spaces, it has become the worst experience in shared/co-working offices. I have worked at multiple co-working locations in several cities - never before have I seen this low level of service. Regus/Spaces has increased the price and charges for everything while there is no service provided. Often even clean glasses or mugs are not available. The cleaning service has become less frequent. The front desk person, if present, will not smile - frequently frowning at you if you have a question or concern. The higher membership cost does not allow usage of conference rooms without additional payment (previously conference rooms were part of the lower cost package). Oh yes, and the internet connections are slower and less secure. How ridiculous!! Unfortunately, I will not renew the membership for my room. It is not worth the price.

Please use other co-working centers. Turn around.

Changed ownership after we signed a contract, and they did not respond to calls or emails for an extended period of time. There was no direct phone number I could even call. We had to change providers. Postscript: the business, after reading my review, stated it would use my feedback to improve. But it is still not responding to my questions. They have sent me conflicting bills and refused to talk to me about them. This is still a business that does not know how to engage with customers or take the time to answer questions, not even about bills. How hard is it to respond to an email/request for a call to discuss bills? This has been going on for more than a month now.
