I have been at Regus for 8 years and recently transferred offices within the same location and center. I am so disappointed and disheartened with the service I’ve been given. I was told by the leasing manager since this was a transfer the deposit and retainer top off was getting waived. Then I was charged that money anyways. I had to dispute it with my bank and have it returned because no one was taking care of it. I need someone from headquarters to get this taken care of or else will have to seek legal advice.

Staff is good. But the company scams you out of every little thing, including security deposit, and additional fees. Dont walk, run away from these predators.

The Regus on Capitol Mall is a great place to work. The views are amazing from my office and the rest of the suite is always clean and tidy. We are walking distance to the Golden One center and DOCO. Lots of shopping and dining nearby. And the staff is always nice and helpful. Yvonne, Sharon & Krystal make every day bright and cheerful.
