Very unprofessional. Does not communicate well with business “tenants”, loses and mishandles mail. After 4 years at this location, and a change in management and front desk, I had to relocate after the office lost court mail and sensitive mail. I tried for months to respectfully communicate and resolve several issues. The manager at this location Kory, has mismanaged the site and services have significantly declined.

DON'T RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I NEGOTIATED A RENTAL PRICE WITH A LEASING AGENT, LOGGED INTO MY ACCOUNT AND SAW SEVERAL ADDED FEES INCLUDING INVOICES WITH NO EXPLANATION.

My colleagues and I have recently acquired office space at the Regus, Campus Commons location. The transition has been fairly smooth, primarily due to the friendly and competent support of the front desk staff, Shannon and Emily. They are professional, knowledgeable and welcoming, and always available to help with a question or concern. Thank you for your ongoing assistance, Emily and Shannon, it is greatly appreciated!
