We leased an office space at Regus Promenade Circle in Sacramento and unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing. The office has not been maintained in a condition that reflects a professional working environment. There have been unresolved issues with basic upkeep, including painting and carpet cleaning, which directly affect the usability and appearance of the space. What has been especially frustrating is that we continued paying rent for the office during this time, even though we were not able to fully use the space as intended. Despite multiple follow-ups and escalations, the necessary repairs and restoration have been significantly delayed or left unresolved. As a tenant, we expected a clean, functional, and properly maintained office space, especially given the reputation Regus presents. Unfortunately, the level of maintenance and responsiveness we experienced did not meet those expectations. We hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both property maintenance and responsiveness to tenant concerns moving forward.

I can't imagine this is an american company. Once you get in contract with these guys, they start bullying from left and right. They keep your deposits and when you call finance support (which is in Thailand or Philippines) they shout at you.

Staff pleasant, but the lobby waiting area/reception's music volume is WAY too loud and unprofessional. This is a business setting, not an Applebee's reataurant.
