Boutique's 36 Soho Square is a brilliant workspace right in the heart of the West End. Tottenham Court Road is literally a two minute walk away, yet the building sits on one of London's most iconic and pleasant squares - so we get great transport links without any of the chaos. The building is gorgeous, a Grade II listed period property with all the original features intact: high ceilings, ornate fireplaces, bags of character. But it doesn't feel stuck in the past. Floor-length windows, a sleek modern fit out and the stylish reception is genuinely impressive. A big mention to Ella who runs the building with real warmth and professionalism. She's the kind of person who makes you feel looked after from the moment you walk in, that hospitality first approach that lives up to the personalised boutique experienced. If you're after flexible workspace in the West End that has real personality, a great location and people who actually care about the experience - 36 Soho Square is well worth a look!
