A good option you can find in London – Privev transfers. Our vehicle was so clean and cool. The driver was professional and we had a comfortable journey.

This is the worst coworking space I've used in London. Nothing works. The lifts are broken, toilets on multiple floors are out of order, the sinks...Additionally, the cleaning is not up to standard and the coworking set up is uncomfortable, with high chairs instead of ergonomic workspaces. I almost got stuck in the building because the lifts don't work and you require a card to exit the stairs which coworking members do not have. It was a truly shocking experience, next time I'll just work from a nearby cafe or hotel.

Well located, easy to reach, elevator as we’re all working well, kitchen area was useful to get drinks. Most of all, Federica at the front desk was of great help, super friendly and she made our experience as comfortable and easy as possible. We were there this week so the weather was more comfortable and did not need air conditioning.

WARNING - Do not use these offices Do not use these offices, we paid nearly £800 for a meeting room for the day with people flying in from Europe for meetings with customers. The room itself wasn't clean with crumbs all over the table and chairs, the TV was too small for the room, there was exposed wires, an extension cable running across the floor which was a trip hazard, blinds were broken, and the bags were not even put into bins. The communal areas were disgusting, the toilets had faeces around the seats, toilet paper strewn all over the floor inside and outside the toilet. Following lunch plates and cups were just left piled high in the sinks, and no milk was available for the coffee machine, despite telling the receptionist it has run out. I have contacted multiple people at Regus who have offered no sort of refund or resolution to these issues, we will never be using this office again.

Can’t start with anything other than the obligatory “if I could give this place zero stars (or negative) I would”. This is meant to be a shared office space in prime Soho location, instead Regus have let it deteriorate to a state of no repair. Regus have allowed construction workers to take over 2 of the 5 floors, meaning that rooms that were once available to hire for private meetings are now being used to store building materials. The builders use offices as changing rooms, sleep in the hallways during their breaks and male workers regularly use the female toilets. Our female workforce has also been subjected to sexual harassment whilst walking around the office. This development is the latest in a long list of neglect and shambolic management by Regus. To name but a few of previous offences (the exhaustive list is a lot longer): - No working Aircon for 3 years despite being sold as a fully air conditioned office. - No office cleaning. - Rubbish bags being dumped on the street right outside the entrance door. - No security, allowing anybody to just wander in and around the office. - Regular price rises despite the declining standards. It’s no surprise there has been a merry go round of employees working on the front desk. Regus clearly treat their staff the same way they treat their tenants. We’ve been in the building 4 years, there must have been 30 different receptionists.
