First time booking Regus in Piccadilly. Unfortunately we did not encounter a good experience at all! I made the meeting room reservation 1 month in advance and literally at 4:30pm the DAY before our arrival, I received an email completely out of the blue to say our booking had been cancelled. This was a complete shock which caused a lot of panic and upheaval searching around to try and source another location at such short notice, especially as our reservation was for a fairly large group of 18 people. I contacted Regus immediately and was advised the room we booked had flooded a few weeks prior, which resulted in no power to the sockets in the room. Unfortunately Regus made no contact or attempt to notify us of this issue in advance. They did eventually allow us to rebook the room, but we didn’t have any working power sockets which wasn’t practical. In addition to the poor communication, we were not particularly made to feel welcome on arrival and there was no basic show around of where our meeting room was located within the building etc. I regularly arrange venue bookings for my company but unfortunately I won’t be using Regus again or recommending them!!

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Avoid signing a contract in this office building at all costs! To list just some of the issues: 1. No heating or aircon (hasn't worked since we've been here for +3 years) 2. No working sink or drinking water on our floor for the last +3 months 3. Leaking bathroom with black mould, resulting in only 1 working toilet which is often in a foul state 4. Cleaners don't come when you schedule them 5. Lifts are often broken and take weeks to fix All of the above issues are flagged to management but they have done nothing to resolve them.
