I recently booked the "Waterloo" meeting room at Regus Hanover Square for a professional client meeting, and the experience was deeply disappointing. For the premium price point Regus charges, the basic facilities were completely inadequate. The meeting room had no functioning air conditioning, making it uncomfortably hot for the duration of our session. This was compounded by the state of the restrooms, which were in an outrageous condition—filthy, with wall frames lying on the floor and generally disgusting. To make matters worse, the WiFi was patchy and unreliable, hindering our ability to work effectively. It was embarrassing to have my colleagues complain about the environment I had selected, reflecting poorly on my judgment. Given the high cost of renting this space, I expected a professional, clean, and functional environment. Instead, we received substandard service and facilities. I cannot recommend this location until these fundamental issues regarding cleanliness, climate control, and connectivity are resolved. The customer support did nothing and had done nothing since then. Regrettable.

Very poor, water green in coffee machine, no cooling, power leads to equipment too short to fit to plugs. Overall find another office space to rent.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLACE. If there was only zero stars… A couple of weeks ago, water from the men’s toilet on our floor was literally flowing down the stairs and also through elevator shaft. The smell was disgusting, and there was visible sewage which we have to step into to be able to exit. And no - this wasn’t the first time something like this has happened. We had no choice but to walk through that filthy water just to get out of the office. When I went to reception to ask for the bare minimum - reimbursement for cleaning my shoes - the regional manager, Farah, couldn’t have been more dismissive. Instead of helping, she snapped that they “aren’t liable for damages,” talked down to me like I was her child, and then turned away mid-conversation as if I wasn’t worth her time and said ‘you clearly don’t understand’ then turned her head towards display. This one clearly loves drama, seeing what other residents have to say. Maybe some management or how to deal with people classes... I just wanted to find some base ground as the damage was made from their fault, but they clearly don’t care. I had to spend £30 from my money to clean my shoes. If this is how management treats people, it tells you everything you need to know. Avoid this place at all costs!
