Updated: Stop asking people to 'raise a ticket'. We are customers of businesses at the facility you are supposed to be managing. We are not going to 'raise' anything. Get your management person or people working and stop trying to hide behind bureaucracy in order to avoid your responsibilities. If you do not address this situation in a now timely fashion, we are going to report regus to Westminster City Council Health and Safety at https://www.westminster.gov.uk/businesses/health-and-safety-work. Stop attempting to avoid this issue and get it fixed. NOW. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Poorly maintained facility. The air conditioning in the venue is either incapacitated or non-existent. Either way, this requires tutors run portable units at all times which interferes with lecture audio on quieter units. The toilets are terrible. Almost none of the stairwell toilets ever seem to be in order and accessible except for one. Actual floor toilets are disgusting; the male toilets are almost unusable with feces on the porcelain and in some cases on the seats. Individual rooms are more or less clean but considering the overall state of the venue against the cost this is not much of an incentive to return.

The restrooms at this location are absolutely shocking. See included photography of the mens area on one of the floors. Stairwell toilets for women are permanently out of order. There is feces covering seats and ceramic as well as on other surfaces. Basins have quite clearly not been cleaned in months. Floors are disgusting. The only other locations we have seen public conveniences in this state at are central london hospitality venues that deal with drug users. Regus: We are aware that you took ownership of the management and maintenance role of this venue recently. Cleanup and sanitisation that was assumed to be happening is taking too long.

I recently booked the "Waterloo" meeting room at Regus Hanover Square for a professional client meeting, and the experience was deeply disappointing. For the premium price point Regus charges, the basic facilities were completely inadequate. The meeting room had no functioning air conditioning, making it uncomfortably hot for the duration of our session. This was compounded by the state of the restrooms, which were in an outrageous condition—filthy, with wall frames lying on the floor and generally disgusting. To make matters worse, the WiFi was patchy and unreliable, hindering our ability to work effectively. It was embarrassing to have my colleagues complain about the environment I had selected, reflecting poorly on my judgment. Given the high cost of renting this space, I expected a professional, clean, and functional environment. Instead, we received substandard service and facilities. I cannot recommend this location until these fundamental issues regarding cleanliness, climate control, and connectivity are resolved. The customer support did nothing and had done nothing since then. Regrettable.

Toilets were in pretty bad conditions. AC was not working in the room. Good location.

Very poor, water green in coffee machine, no cooling, power leads to equipment too short to fit to plugs. Overall find another office space to rent.
