At the Marylebone location, I came in on a Friday and coffee had already stopped around 12:00, and there were no seats left apart from sofas. On another day, I was charged £54 but told the payment failed. The money was taken, but support couldn’t find it or refund it for days. Overall, not a great experience.

Calling out the reception team who were fantastic when I was running late for a meeting and needed somewhere to take a call. I'm a Wework member elsewhere already but that didn't matter, helping was their top priority.

Booked a desk in advance, when I arrived there were no free desks. Please don’t allow overbooking of the desks. Working on a couch all day is not desirable.

Compared to 8-9 other WeWorks I've used, this one is the most loud ever. Upon several visits, and on any of the floors, people are screaming into speakerphone conference calls, rooms have little to no sound insultation so you hear the people next to you, common areas are common for the large groups to gather to hoot and hollar over lunch - even taking zoom calls from the kitchen with no headphones. Conference room squatters (i.e. with out a reservation) are rampant. Seriously not a quiet spot to grab a room if you need some think time, or to have your own call without hearing others screaming in the background. An experience ambassador walking around every so often to correct these behaviors would go a long way.
