From the minute you walk in the welcome from Alex,Yvonne & Zara is friendly and cheerful and can't help but make you smile as you start the day. Also to mention the wider team of Anna, Laura, Kate, Ed and Carolyn who's work behind the scene is very much appreciated from events to any day to day issues. A big thank you all xx

Mersey Makers Market at The Plaza The lead up to the event was great, with lots of information. Option to apply for a free lunch from a vendor, which was excellent. Lots of free food too. Great for local area, with local businesses involved. Excellent communciation throughout. Great set out of stalls inside and out. Lovely atmosphere created with music and staff.

Great building to work and Bruntwood team is always happy to help. The facilities on our floor are really nice and the free events are always welcome! For example Yoga with Louise every Thursday. Always a great session and a nice break from busy work in the office. Louise is a great trainer.

The Bug Hotel Work Shop was perfectly planned, with all equipment available and set out to save time during the lunchtime. Emma provided lots of information about the benefits of the Bug Hotel, specifically about the Solitary Bee, so this was really intersting. I did struggle a little with making my box, but we were working in pairs, so got the help I needed. A lovley Work Shop and would highly recommend and be happy to attend anything similar in the future. Thank you Emma and Bruntwood.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, Bruntwood - The Plaza has you covered. Meeting Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book Day Passs and Meeting Rooms for an entire day.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Bruntwood.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
