My experience with Regus Liverpool Innovation Park has been dreadful from start to finish. I was pressured into signing a fixed-term office agreement in May 2025 after being told I could bring my pet — only to find out later that dogs aren’t allowed in the building. When I collected the keys on 28 May, the office was completely unsuitable — overheated, noisy, and lacking privacy for confidential work. I reported this immediately, but was told, “You’ve signed the contract.” I returned the keys before the 2 June start date and never used the space, yet Regus kept invoicing me for months and even added late-payment fees. Despite repeated emails on 3 June, 13 June, 20 June, 21 June, 25 June, 14 July, 7 August, and 18 September, responses were slow (up to 20 days each time) and dismissive. They have refused to honour Clause 1.4 of their own contract, which allows cancellation if suitable space is not provided, and ignored their duty under the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 to act with reasonable care. I’ve still never had access to the office or the included gym benefits. Every interaction — from local staff to Legal Collections — has been inconsistent, delayed, and unprofessional. For a company claiming to support small businesses, the treatment has been appalling. Once you sign, they hold you to the contract even when they fail to deliver what was promised.

I’m genuinely made up I chose Regus Innovation Park for my office. It was hands down the best of all the spaces I viewed. I needed somewhere my clients could feel safe, comfortable, and respected. This place ticks every box. The building is bright, modern, and fully wheelchair accessible, with gender-neutral toilets. I always feel safe here, and it’s clear a lot of thought has gone into making the space inclusive and welcoming. Ryan makes a world of difference. He’s always friendly, helpful, and on it. The whole team brings a warm, professional energy that I really value.

Regus Innovation Park provides a space where people who would otherwise work at home can focus instead of being distracted by the demands of family life. The community team -- led by Ryan and ably supported by Anna, Meenu and Neil -- is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. The centre itself has ample, free parking facilities and is immaculately clean. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee- and tea-making facilities. Working here for little over one week has resulted in a significant increase in my productivity already.

I am truly delighted with this place! The building is lovely and bright, creating a perfect environment for focus and productivity. Having transitioned from working at home, I genuinely feel the benefits of being here. The pricing is very reasonable, and I absolutely love the venue and its facilities.
