Spaces - Ropewalks

Frequently Asked Questions

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Spaces.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

Spaces - Ropewalks is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.

• How should I choose the best workspace for my needs?

For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Spaces - Ropewalks? How about for a day or a month?

Please reach out to Spaces for more detailed information on membership options and pricing.
