We had a really positive experience working with Raveen and the Landmark team over the past 18 months while selling our house. We spoke with several agents in the area before deciding to appoint them and they stood out from the very beginning as the most professional and well-organised. From our initial contact Raveen was approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout. The process ended up being quite a long one due to issues with some difficult tenants who were being managed by another agency. Despite this Raveen remained incredibly patient and handled everything calmly and professionally. They also went above and beyond by helping us arrange decorating and various odd jobs to get the property ready for market which made a real difference. Raveen’s communication was excellent throughout she was always reliable, supportive and never pushy. We always felt well looked after and confident that we were in safe hands. Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Lower Richmond Properties.
