We have been in this office for 6 months now, and have been impressed by the always helpful staff and office amenities. Our personal office is a good size and when I required extra help with IT etc. front of house has always been quick to support.

I moved into the Regus centre at 16 Woburn Place on 1 July, and my first impressions have been very positive. The atmosphere feels welcoming and almost homely, and the team have been excellent. A special thank you to Marina, Ken and Richard, who have all been particularly friendly and helpful. As someone who works independently, it is genuinely nice to feel part of a wider team and community. The building itself is impressive, with high ceilings, wide corridors and a beautiful spiral staircase. It has real character and feels as though it was originally built on a grand scale. The lounge area is also very comfortable and pleasant to work from. I have been using Regus locations since 2018 and have always appreciated their consistent standards. There is a well-equipped kitchen, recycling facilities, a fridge, hot water, coffee machines and meeting rooms. The reception area is professional and welcoming. The location is excellent, within easy reach of Euston, St Pancras and the British Museum. The surrounding area is very pleasant, with plenty of cafés and places to eat, including a café in the building itself. So far, it has been a very positive experience, and I hope it continues this way.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the space is well below expectations. Co-working space tables, chairs and floors are sticky and not cleaned for ages. Not recommended.

TLDR: dirty, late, and rude staff. Booked an individual meeting room having never used a coworking space before. Staff acted like I knew the run down and looked at me like I had 3 heads like I should’ve walked in there knowing everything. Told them I never used a space like this and wasn’t given the run down/customer service you’d expect. The whole place and my room was filthy. Was brought into my meeting room 10 minutes after my allotted time started. Will never come back.
