We’ve been renting office space from Regus Leatherhead for 4+ years now. There’s been ups and downs but we’ve been able to resolve issues. In most recent months the centre team Jack and Navid have been extremely helpful and kind. They are keen to make the space a welcoming environment and always greet my colleagues and I with a smile. It’s a nice place to be and the growth in business’ in the building is nice too. Nice to see more people around. There’s a large car park with plenty of spaces and an easy to use iPad system for car park management. The cleaning staff are good too and the communal areas of the building are kept clean.

Honestly the worst. They hike their rent up massively. One of our increases was over 100%. Most tenants move to the clockwise ultimately, so save yourself the pain and just go there in the first place. We constantly experienced the smell of Mariana on our floor. We had the police question in because someone in the building was shouting sexual abuse out of the window. I damage my car getting out of the car park by having to drive up a footpath as the barrier wouldn't work. I was given a fob that opened every door in the building. Great security. Front door was constantly left open. I witnessed a fight in the communal hall ways. I could honestly write an essay.

not worth the money/hassle/complaints. go elsewhere. Theyve employed good sales/reception people, and good website/app designers, so they look like they are competitive and trustworthy, but behind that is a bunch of processes aimed at clawing in money for mediocre services and products. just look at the 'please raise a case' responses to their complaints. people want good service from good people, not robots behind a screen. And i've already raised cases.
