The Mill Building – Worthing, is our spiritual home, where we opened our doors in September 2016. Since then the space has extended to 2 floors, with a combination of 17 x offices, 3 x Pods, Dedicated and Hot Desking area, 2 x Meeting Rooms, 2 x phone booths and a Kitchen / Breakout area with pool table.

As with all of our spaces, our members benefit from super fast WIFI (shared 1Gb connection), free refreshments & kitchen access and of course, our legendary ‘Free Beer Fridays’ – where members can unwind at the end of the week, and learn a little about each other.

‘Community’ is at the heart of Freedom Works – and we pride ourselves on being ‘more than a roof over your head’. So, as a member you will also benefit from our ‘Member Support & Accelerator Service’ and benefit from direct introductions to our business support offering pumped into the community.

Absolutely wonderful place to work at, having a shared workspace means interacting with so many individuals and businesses, and the community managers and freedom works staff have always been super considerate to encourage a good atmosphere (and keep us stocked up on coffee and snacks!)

Our Tiger Marketing team have just moved in to this cool, funky office and are absolutely loving it! It's full of clever, creative people, it's in the centre of town, and there's free beer on a Friday! What is not to love??!! Whether you're looking for a desk to rent (daily, weekly, monthly or on a permanent basis), a small office, or a large office, this is a really great collaborative space to work in and bounce ideas off of other people and teams. 9 years - later, we’re still here and loving it!

We have been at Freedom works in Worthing for nearly 3 years and the service has been amazing. Shannon has pulled out all of the stops to go above and beyond for everyone in this building, making everyone feel welcome and taking time to get to know everyone. The little touches Shannon has done since joining Freedom Works, has made a massive difference, such a cold drinks in the fridge, treat Wednesday and the touches to the kitchen and bathroom area. Shannon's customers care is second to none and a breath of fresh air. Couldn't fault anything.
