Suburban coworking operator TailoredSpace has launched its first new location of 2026, bringing an 11,830-square-foot flex workspace to the historic district of Old Towne Orange in Southern California.
The space, which opened April 1, takes over the entire second floor of a recently completed mixed-use building connected to First Presbyterian Church. The building also houses restaurant Culinary Dropout on the ground level and newly opened bridal boutique Love & Lace.
The Orange campus offers a range of workspace options, from hot desks and private offices to suites. A lounge with bar-top counters and booth seating rounds out the layout. Standard perks include complimentary coffee, snacks, refreshments, conference room access, phone booths and Wi-Fi.
Co-founder Drew Sanden pointed to reduced commute times and stronger local networking as key drivers behind the company’s suburban model. He expects the location to primarily serve freelancers, entrepreneurs and small business owners living close to the Orange Plaza area.
With this addition, TailoredSpace now runs 16 campuses spread across Southern California, from coastal towns like San Clemente and Carlsbad to inland communities such as Riverside and Rancho Cucamonga. The operator has steadily built its footprint by targeting suburban markets where demand for professional workspace is growing but large coworking brands have been slower to establish a presence.
