Flexible workspace provider Mindspace has signed a lease for 54,000 square feet at Two Transamerica Plaza, 505 Sansome St. in San Francisco, making it the company’s largest U.S. location and its second in the city.

The deal more than doubles Mindspace’s San Francisco footprint, bringing its total space in the city to more than 90,000 square feet across two locations. With that, the company will become the building’s largest tenant upon opening in Q2 2027.

The lease was signed with YODA PLC, the luxury real estate investment firm that recently acquired the Transamerica complex. It also represents one of YODA’s first major leasing transactions since that purchase.

The new location will serve as Mindspace’s West Coast flagship and also marks the company’s 50th location globally. The new location will offer a range of workspace options from open coworking and private offices to full private floors for larger companies, alongside building amenities including rooftop access, fitness facilities, and food and beverage services.

Mindspace now operates more than 265,000 square feet across the U.S. with locations in San Francisco; New York; Philadelphia; Washington, D.C.; and Miami.
