Office Evolution brings forth the ideal solution as more Florida-based businesses and entrepreneurs search for fresh approaches to preserve productivity, connections and innovation. By providing convenient and reasonably priced coworking spaces in some of the busiest suburban markets in the region, the coworking operator continues to meet demand and support small businesses and entrepreneurs. So, to match the state’s expansion, franchisee Michael Wielgus of Office Evolution recently launched a third site at 245 Riverside Ave. in Jacksonville’s Brooklyn district.

Florida is evolving into a center for numerous small- and medium-sized enterprises. In fact, the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity reported that 300,000 new residents moved to the state last year as it continues to draw people from all over the country, including entrepreneurs.

Jason Anderson, President of Office Evolution, said the following: “As the business landscape continues to evolve, we are looking for very intentional growth into new markets like Boca Raton as well as markets where we know Office Evolution has already been successful like Jacksonville. Florida is a state with a growing business presence, and we are thrilled to expand our footprint to businesses looking for workspaces on their terms.”

Wielgus launched the first location in Jacksonville in 2018 and has experienced astronomical success there. Accordingly, he had his eye on the Brooklyn area and observed that this growth would provide his current members with a broader geographic reach. The 14,420-square-foot building is located about 10 miles north of the Town Center location and 20 miles north of the Bartram Park space.

With the most recent additions, Office Evolution will have eight sites with a combined 80,000 square feet around the state. Every workspace at Office Evolution has private offices, conference spaces, virtual offices, and business services so small- and medium-sized enterprises — as well as entrepreneurs — have the space they need to operate successfully.

“We are excited about our third location in Jacksonville,” Wielgus said. “This Class-A, riverfront location is easily accessible for new members that reside in the Riverside, San Marco, Avondale, Ortega and downtown communities. Our goal is to bring great flexible workspaces close to where our members live.  The new way people work today aligns perfectly with our workplace offerings.”

With 55 private offices, several different coworking spaces, phone booths, three meeting rooms and a lounge, the center will accommodate more than 300 members.

Members of Office Evolution gain access to more than 80 additional business sites across 25 states when they travel thanks to the brand’s national network of coworking spaces. Office Evolution stands under the Starpoint Brands umbrella, which is a franchise division belonging to United Franchise Group™ (UFG).
